For the industrial sector, we manufacture special, large-format silencers adapted to the individual project requirements.

Whether boilers, turbines, motors, fans or process plants: the area of application for industrial silencers is extremely wide. As in the element area, the basic muffler types absorption mufflers, resonance mufflers, reflection mufflers or combined exhaust mufflers or sound insulation cores for hanging in a free-standing chimney are also available for industrial applications.

The range is supplemented by special shapes designed especially for the industrial sector, including angular splitter silencers, vertical silencers or the coated standard steel silencers with wall thicknesses between 2 and 10 mm, which are primarily used in the engine area.

Depending on the chemical and mechanical stress, our industrial silencers are made of different materials such as stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4571, 1.4828 or the steel types S235JR or Corten. The options with regard to the connection systems (welding ends, flanges according to DIN, company standards), connection positions, mounting elements and surface finish are just as varied as the material used.
