Pizza Ovens

Whether from the wood-fired oven, the gas oven or the electric pizza oven - everyone likes pizza!
The be-all and end-all in every pizzeria is a good pizza oven with the optimum temperature for baking. In the catering sector, you will primarily find electrically operated pizza ovens, as they score points with their speed and evenness in the baking process. Gas pizza ovens, on the other hand, are often found in mobile areas such as snack bars or sales vehicles. Finally, the classic wood-fired stone oven is often preferred by gourmets and in the private sector.
Regardless of the operating mode of the pizza oven, relatively hot exhaust gases at 752°F are produced during the baking process, which must be discharged to the outside via a suitable exhaust system. The fats contained in the exhaust gas and a high moisture content ensure an increased risk of fire in the exhaust pipe in the long term, so that regular inspection is essential.
Specialist companies use chemical detergents for cleaning, so tightness is a basic requirement when selecting the right exhaust system. Due to the high exhaust gas temperatures, exhaust gas systems with conventional seals, e.g. made of silicone, are not a good choice here, which is why we recommend using our high-temperature-resistant, conical DW-KL exhaust gas system with its metal surface seal for pizza ovens.
