Sales Tax Exemption Policy

Jeremias Inc. requires to keep your current Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file. Please be prepared, to provide an yearly update.

If by chance you are drop-shipping a Project outside your State, we will need a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for that State as well.

Sales Tax Exemption certificates from your customers do not apply. The certificate must be issued on your company’s name.

If a customer cannot supply a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, Jeremias will add the Sales Taxes to the Invoice and charge the customer.
