CHP

Simple solution with double benefit
Decentralized combined heat and power (CHP) and CHP systems make a valuable contribution to a successful energy transition.
Based on the principle of combined heat and power (CHP), they generate electrical energy on the one hand and also make the released heat usable directly on site, for example for heating or as process heat in industry.
In this way, they achieve very high levels of efficiency and, ideally, can utilize more than 90% of the primary energy used.
Fuels for CHP
We offer you tailor-made exhaust gas systems for CHP plants. Supported by the planning competence of the Jeremias experts, the correctly dimensioned solution can be found for CHP units in every performance range.
EW-PPS, a particularly inexpensive plastic flue gas system made of polypropylene, is available for smaller power plants. Applications in the temperature range up to 212 °F in continuous operation can thus be efficiently implemented. The single-walled stainless steel system SWKL with metallic conical surface seal is designed for exhaust gas temperatures of up to 1112 °F. More demanding applications in the same temperature range can be implemented with the double-walled, mineral-insulated exhaust system DWKL and DWFL. The special connection line also ensures a positive and non-positive connection. This means that pressure-tight lines are also possible in unfavorable installation situations.
All four Jeremias CHP exhaust gas systems are designed for an overpressure of up to 0.73 psi
and thus meet the highest requirements for temperature and pressure resistance. As a chimney kit,
they are also much easier and quicker to assemble than alternatives welded on site.
