    Ventilation towers

    High performance and innovative design

Jeremias ventilation systems combine high functionality and elegant design in an impressive way.

As a free-standing, single-walled supply air/exhaust air chimney, the "FSC" is used in air conditioning and ventilation technology. The visible, statically supporting pipe is also the media-carrying system here.

As part of modern building complexes, supply air/exhaust air chimneys not only have to be designed functionally for the respective application, but also have to meet the highest aesthetic standards. With their mostly individually refined, ground or painted stainless steel surface, our ventilation towers are always a visual highlight on building facades, in courtyards but also on industrial roofs.

Special customer requests are taken into account as early as the planning stage.

Regardless of whether it is an intake tower with a louvered hood in various shapes, a blow-out tower as a cost-effective alternative to the FSA chimney for low-emission exhaust air, or a combined supply/exhaust air tower - at Jeremias, systems are designed in a highly professional manner, taking into account flow resistance and flow noise.

Thanks to our decades of experience in processing stainless steel of all wall thicknesses, we can guarantee you ventilation towers of premium quality.

    FSC Air Intake Tower

Free-standing, single-wall ventilation tower for drawing in fresh air

ConstructionThe visible pipe is statically supporting and at the same time carries media. Depending on the requirements, ventilation towers are made of stainless steel (from 1.5 mm) or steel (from 4 mm).
Static SystemAnchor basket or building connection
Supporting elementSingel-wall exhaust line made of stainless steel or steel
    Dimensioning according to statics
    StructureSingle-shell
Chimney TopSlats 180° / 360° with straight roof, pitched roof or conical roof
Surface VisualFacet grinding for stainless steel
    Steel, galvanised or coated (Cladding)

Sealing flange for sealing film attachment

To install a ventilation tower weatherproof on the ground or on a roof, it must be incorporated into the sealing film or the roof covering accordingly. The flange and counter flange serve as a stop point for fixing the roof/floor seal to the ventilation tower. This can be additionally covered with a weather collar to complete the system.

    FSC Discharge Air Tower

Free-standing, single-wall ventilation tower for blowing out low-pollutant exhaust air

ConstructionThe visible pipe is statically supporting and at the same time carries media. It is usually not insulated. Depending on the requirements, ventilation towers are made of stainless steel (from 1.5 mm) or steel (from 4 mm).
Static SystemAnchor basket or building connection
Supporting ElementSingle-wall standpipe made of stainless steel or steel
    Dimensioning according to statics
    StructureSingle-shell
Chimney Top90° outlet with bird protection grille or straight with bird protection
Surface VisualFacetted round cut for stainless steel, galvanized steel or painted (cladding)

    Water separator

Integrated water separators in the open-top exhaust air tower prevent rainwater from entering the ventilation system. They collect all the precipitation and direct it outside via a drainage system. Possible design options are the multi-phase separator or the cross-plate separator, which are positioned in the lower part of the tower, where they can be used in a flow-efficient manner. A deflector hood, on the other hand, is attached to the head of the ventilation tower.

    FSC Intake / Discharge Tower

Free-standing ventilation tower for exhaust air removal and fresh air intake

ConstructionThe visible pipe is statically supporting and at the same time carries media. It is usually not insulated. Depending on the requirements, ventilation towers are made of stainless steel (from 1.5 mm) or steel (from 4 mm).

They collect all the precipitation and direct it to the outside via a drainage system. Possible design options are the multi-phase separator or the cross-plate separator, which are positioned in the lower part of the tower, where they can be used to optimize flow. Sealing and clamping flange for attaching the sealing film

In order to attach a ventilation tower to the ground or roof in a weatherproof manner, it must be incorporated into a sealing film or the roof membrane. To fix the roof/floor seal on the ventilation tower, the flange and counter flange serve as a stop point. This can also be covered with a weather collar to completely complete the system.
