Combined exhaust silencer
Broadband matched damping
If broadband noise reduction is required, the principles of resonance and absorption can also be combined in a single silencer.
In the first section of the muffler, it is primarily low-frequency noises that are dampened by being routed from the exhaust pipe via a perforated plate into the outer hollow chambers and reduced there. In the second part, the classic absorption area then ensures the additional reduction of medium and high-frequency noise.
