    powder coating and painting

    Refine your workpieces with us!

    Powder coating or wet painting?
Depending on the requirements and material, one of the finishing processes mentioned is better than the other. We offer you the optimal solution for your requirements.

Powder coating is a process in which conductive materials are coated with powder paint such as stainless steel or steel. The granular color powder is applied electrostatically and melted and hardened in a special oven at temperatures between 160°C and 200°C. By baking the powder paint, a uniform, resistant coating is formed on the workpiece and the abrasion of the coating against mechanical influences is minimal.

We also offer wet painting of components. Wet painting is one of the most widespread and traditional coating techniques for workpieces. With wet painting we have the opportunity to paint almost any material made available to us. Unlike powder coating, the liquid paint is applied with a spray gun and is air-drying. The spraying process offers many variants for colors, color combinations, effects and structures.

    Powder coating

Compared to conventional paint finishes, powder coating offers greater corrosion protection and is extremely durable and long-lasting.

The coating is scratch-, abrasion- and impact-resistant, meaning it can withstand extreme stress and is very weather-resistant.

Powder coatings are available in a variety of colors and RAL tones, so that the right coating can be found for every taste and purpose.

They are free of solvents and therefore contribute to environmentally friendly production.

    Painting

With wet painting, extremely thin layers of paint can be applied that still achieve a high level of brilliance and depth of color - ideal for applications where low weight or high surface quality is required.

It creates a smooth, non-porous surface that is free of bumps and inclusions. This ensures a flawless appearance, which is particularly important for high-quality products and objects.

Almost every color imaginable can be achieved with the paint. There are no limits to individual design and the coating can be perfectly adapted to the respective requirements and wishes.

The paint adheres excellently to a variety of materials including metals, plastics, wood and glass. This enables the coating of a wide variety of objects and components.
